Graduate Operations Intern

London, England, United Kingdom · Operations · OA

Description

Beauhurst is on a mission to track every ambitious, high-growth business in the UK. We’re already the number one source for data on these exciting companies. As Operations Intern you’ll help our Operations team keep the whole business forward through cross-departmental projects.

We’re looking for someone to help us with the various projects we’re running – from improving the relationship between Marketing and Account Management to building a new side project and planning for its launch.

Working alongside our CEO, Chief of Staff and the rest of our team, you’ll be driving improvements from day one. Examples of the sort of internal projects previous Interns have led on are: building a brand new financial model for the whole business; working with teams through the business to ensure continued strong performance/fix problems as they arise; and re-organizing our planning systems. Externally, you might help with projects such as mapping out development for our new business for the rest of the year or investigating new business ideas.

Your outputs will be varied, high profile and of great value to the company.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone analytical and highly organised, who excels at spotting improvements and making things happen.

Even better if you have some experience in an Operations role (whether in an employed or extra-curricular capacity) - but don’t let it put you off if not. Above all, you'll be keen to learn and get stuck in to a huge variety of different tasks.

Benefits

This is a paid internship and we want to help you develop skills in Operations and knowledge of the start-up and high-growth space. We offer flexible hours and a great work-life balance.

You’ll also be very welcome to partake of our office perks while you’re here - not least the obligatory Friday beer (and soft drink) fridge.

All sound up your street? Then it’s about time you applied!
